Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers and clients during evening hours with a positive attitude.
- Perform accurate data entry and record management to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandise organization.
- Monitor security protocols and ensure the safety and cleanliness of the facility.
- Communicate effectively with the day shift team regarding operational handovers.
- Handle basic office equipment and machinery operation as required.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy (proficiency in MS Office suite preferred).
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous customer service or warehouse experience is a plus.
