Responsibilities
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with precision using WMS systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Operate material handling equipment (certification provided)
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for operational continuity
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Resolve logistical issues with minimal supervision
- Participate in cross-functional improvement projects
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited high school/college program (students encouraged!)
- Availability for 3+ night shifts weekly (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic computer literacy with smartphone proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Reliable transportation to facility
