Responsibilities
- Perform efficient and accurate order picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are accurate and organized.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Load and unload trucks with speed and accuracy, verifying contents against packing lists.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work a rotating evening shift schedule (4:00 PM – 12:30 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
