Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service during evening shifts (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables while maintaining accurate order details
- Process payments efficiently using POS systems and mobile options
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless order fulfillment
- Uphold stringent cleanliness standards for dining areas and stations
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere during peak service hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant or customer service experience
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic food safety certification (ServSafe preferred)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Strong multitasking skills in high-pressure environments
- Valid Texas Food Handler's card (or obtainable within 30 days)
- Proficient in POS systems and cash handling
- Fluent English communication skills
