Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Restock merchandise and maintain a clean, organized, and appealing store environment.
- Assist in inventory management and visual merchandising displays.
- Handle cash, checks, and credit card payments with strict accuracy.
- Answer phone inquiries and direct customers to the appropriate departments.
- Assist in training new hires during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Reliable transportation.
