- Provide outstanding customer service during evening hours, assisting with product inquiries and purchases
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Restock shelves, organize displays, and maintain store cleanliness throughout shifts
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak evening hours
- Follow company safety protocols and loss prevention procedures
Qualifications
- Availability to work flexible evening shifts (typically 4 PM - 10 PM, including weekends)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
