Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service in-store and via phone during evening/weekend shifts
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling procedures
- Stock and organize merchandise to ensure premium store presentation
- Assist with inventory management and price verification tasks
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and product knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe shopping environment
- Support seasonal promotions and special evening events
Qualifications
- Must be available for evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) and weekends (Saturday/Sunday)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
