Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening hours, assisting with product inquiries and purchases
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure store cleanliness throughout shift
- Operate equipment including barcode scanners, cash registers, and inventory tools
- Collaborate with evening team to resolve customer issues and maintain store standards
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation procedures
- Monitor store security and report any safety concerns promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students welcome
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Reliable transportation to Central Omaha location
