Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using our modern POS systems
- Maintain organized, visually appealing store displays and merchandise presentation
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment during evening shifts
- Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently while handling cash and payments
- Support store cleanliness and safety standards throughout your shift
- Collaborate with evening team members to achieve daily sales targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Evening availability (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, including weekends)
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Reliable transportation to Biscayne Boulevard location
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
