- Collaborate with the morning team to ensure seamless workflow continuity and knowledge transfer.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and brand representation at all times.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Must reside within the United States (San Diego, CA preferred).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on empathy.
- Availability to work 20-30 hours per week, primarily in the evening.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and web browsers.
