Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases during evening and weekend shifts.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and bugs in our tracking system.
- Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Perform regression testing to ensure recent changes haven't broken existing functionality.
- Provide clear feedback on user interface and user experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic understanding of software testing principles and bug reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Proficient in using web browsers and basic computer applications.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are required.
