Responsibilities
- Efficiently greet, seat, and manage guest flow during evening/weekend rushes
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to optimize table turnover
- Maintain accurate waitlist and reservation systems
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and positivity
- Ensure host station cleanliness and organization
- Process payments and manage floor seating charts
- Assist with opening/closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Flexible availability for evenings (4 PM - 1 AM) and weekends
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Must be 18+ years old
- Food handler certification preferred (training provided)
