Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during evening and weekend shifts (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and product knowledge
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product expertise
- Maintain clean, organized store environment during and after business hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students encouraged)
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability for 3-4 evening shifts weekly + weekend flexibility
