Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM PST)
- Process transactions and troubleshoot technical issues with CRM systems

Qualifications

- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environments

- Available to work 3-5 evenings per week (minimum 20 hours)
