Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing, product, and service-related issues efficiently
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer concerns
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call quality and resolution targets
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer experience
- Complete product knowledge training to stay updated on company offerings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- 6+ months customer service experience in call center or retail environment
- Strong communication skills with clear phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environments

- Available for 20-30 hours/week between 4 PM - 11 PM
- Reliable transportation to downtown Chicago location
