Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Assist customers with product inquiries and store navigation
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment
- Collaborate with evening team to maintain store appearance
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Participate in evening shift training and development sessions
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school, college, or university program
- Availability for consistent evening shifts (minimum 20 hours/week)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Valid work authorization in the United States
