Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with empathy and efficiency
- Assist with inventory management and store merchandising during off-peak hours
- Collaborate with day-shift team to ensure seamless service transitions
- Uphold brand standards through visual merchandising and store cleanliness
- Participate in evening training sessions and team huddles
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience
- Availability for consistent evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM) including weekends
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English
- Ability to multitask in high-volume environments
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Spanish language skills a plus
