Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to evening guests via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using our hospitality software
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues with empathy and professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Assist with evening event setup and guest reception duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas during evening shifts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 12 PM) including weekends
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and POS software
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (if transportation required)
