Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers warmly and answering their questions about products and services.
- Processing sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment during off-peak hours.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Handling customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with a positive attitude.
- Collaborating with the management team to achieve daily sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Availability to work evenings (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) and weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new POS software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
