Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate departments promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves to ensure product availability.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training.
- Ability to work evening shifts, specifically from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with technology.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium boxes.
