Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with care.
- Assist in inventory management and loss prevention.
- Cash handling and drawer balancing at the end of the shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
