Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Organize and maintain the sales floor to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Restock merchandise and ensure inventory levels are up to date.
- Cash handling and daily reconciliation duties.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
