Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening and weekend shifts (4 PM - 10 PM, weekends 10 AM - 6 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and inventory location
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain an attractive store environment
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer concerns promptly
- Contribute to weekend inventory and stocking operations
- Participate in evening training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students strongly encouraged
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability to work 3-4 evening shifts weekly plus weekend rotation
- Strong communication skills with approachable, friendly demeanor
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and mobile devices
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid driver's license for occasional store errands
