Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in-store and via digital channels
- Process transactions accurately and maintain cash register integrity
- Stock shelves, arrange displays, and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Assist with inventory management and shipment receiving
- Uphold store safety protocols and cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge training
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Reliable transportation for evening/weekend shifts
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing
