Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding in-person customer service at our flagship showroom
- Process purchases, returns, and exchanges with precision
- Operate point-of-sale systems and inventory management tools
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and product expertise
- Collaborate with evening team to maintain showroom standards
- Assist with product demonstrations and tech troubleshooting
- Participate in evening inventory audits and merchandising
Qualifications
- Current student or recent graduate (any major welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and mobile apps
- Availability for 3-4 evenings per week (20-25 hrs/week)

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 15 lbs
