Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Provide friendly, personalized service to all customers with aloha spirit
- Assist with product inquiries and promotions while maintaining store cleanliness
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with precision and security
- Support inventory management through stock rotation and shelf organization
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Operate bagging equipment and assist with carryout services as needed
Qualifications
- Previous cashier or retail experience preferred but not required
- Strong numerical accuracy and basic math skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation to our Kapiolani Boulevard location
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale technology
