Responsibilities
- Greet & Assist: Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming guests and answering questions about our products.
- Operations: Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Merchandising: Organize store shelves, restock inventory, and maintain a clean, visually appealing sales floor.
- Support: Collaborate with the evening team to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours.
- Communication: Communicate customer feedback and needs to the store manager effectively.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Reliability: Proven ability to show up on time and commit to a consistent schedule.
- Math Skills: Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory counts.
