Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at POS systems
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Maintain clean, organized sales floor and checkout areas
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Support store opening/closing procedures and security protocols
- Participate in product training sessions to stay updated on offerings
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school, college, or vocational program (students strongly encouraged)
- Flexible availability for evening shifts (typically 3-8 PM, weekends included)
- Basic math skills and comfort handling POS technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to and from workplace
