Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and guide them to the appropriate departments.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions.
- Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
- Collaborate with the evening shift team to meet daily operational targets.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the management team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
