Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a welcoming and positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Organize and maintain store inventory, ensuring products are well-stocked and presented.
- Assist with store cleanliness, including restocking shelves and cleaning customer areas.
- Handle end-of-day closing duties, including cash reconciliation and security checks.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding store policies, hours, and product availability.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be available to work evenings (typically 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Reliable transportation is required.
