Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash handling protocols
- Support inventory management, stocking, and visual merchandising
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Adhere to safety and compliance standards during all shifts
- Provide product knowledge and assist customers with purchasing decisions
- Complete end-of-shift reporting and cleaning duties
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with legal authorization to work in the US
- Availability for 3-5 evening shifts weekly (weekends required)
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Strong communication and customer service orientation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to Cleveland area locations
- No prior experience necessary – training provided
