Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide detailed product information and recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Restock merchandise and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Perform basic store maintenance tasks, including cleaning and organizing the sales floor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new point-of-sale software quickly.
