Responsibilities
- Execute the receiving and unloading of merchandise in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain a high level of organization in the backroom and stockroom, ensuring efficient inventory flow.
- Stock shelves and displays according to company standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Rotate stock to ensure product freshness and adherence to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) protocols.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure data accuracy.
- Keep the sales floor and storage areas clean, safe, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physical ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for scanning labels and following safety guidelines.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Previous warehouse or retail stocking experience is a plus but not required.
