Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming merchandise with precision and speed.
- Restock shelves and display areas to ensure optimal product visibility and availability.
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely when certified.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (5:00 AM or earlier).
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality record.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Willingness to wear required safety gear and follow safety protocols.
