Responsibilities
- Merchandise Receiving: Receive, unload, and unpack deliveries accurately and efficiently.
- Stock Organization: Organize and stock shelves according to company visual merchandising standards.
- Inventory Maintenance: Rotate stock to ensure product freshness and adhere to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) protocols.
- Store Cleanliness: Maintain a tidy stockroom and sales floor, sweeping, mopping, and organizing as needed.
- Product Placement: Ensure products are properly priced, labeled, and displayed for maximum visibility.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and operational procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Customer Assistance: Assist customers with locating products and provide a friendly, helpful demeanor.
Qualifications
- Early Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM - 8:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a commitment to punctuality and attendance.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for organization and ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic calculations for inventory and pricing.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Entry-Level Open: No prior retail experience is required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
