Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise deliveries before store opening
- Stock shelves and displays according to planograms and safety standards
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and proper inventory management
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory scanning equipment efficiently
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless operations
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to supervisors
Qualifications
- Reliable early morning availability (3:00 AM - 9:00 AM shifts)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory and stocking tasks
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Valid driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
