Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise deliveries before store opening
- Stock shelves with precision while maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and prevent spoilage
- Operate pallet jacks and maintain clean, safe stockroom conditions
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize stocking efficiency
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged products promptly
- Adhere to all safety protocols during high-volume unloading
Qualifications
- Availability to work 4:00 AM - 10:00 AM shifts (Monday-Friday)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repetitively with proper technique
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license (for occasional vendor pickups)
