Responsibilities
- Stocking & Shelving: Efficiently restock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain a clean, inviting store appearance.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, rotate older stock, and report discrepancies to the manager.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment.
- Store Maintenance: Assist in keeping the sales floor and stockroom organized, clean, and safe.
- Customer Assistance: Provide friendly, helpful service to customers during morning hours.
- Price Checks: Verify pricing accuracy on products and ensure signage is up to date.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts (typically 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, stocking, or warehouse work is a plus but not required.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.
- Communication: Basic reading and communication skills to interact with management and customers.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
