Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock and organize merchandise in assigned departments before store opening
- Verify product quality and report inventory discrepancies to management
- Maintain clean, safe, and visually appealing store shelves and aisles
- Operate pallet jacks and lifting equipment following safety protocols
- Collaborate with overnight team to prioritize high-demand items
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting processes
- Adhere to FIFO (First-In-First-Out) inventory rotation procedures
Qualifications
- Available to work 4-6 hour shifts between 4:00 AM - 10:00 AM
- Previous stocking or retail experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math proficiency for inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
