Responsibilities
- Safely walk 1-3 dogs at a time in designated neighborhoods
- Provide attentive care during walks (water breaks, waste cleanup)
- Maintain detailed client notes and service logs
- Administer basic medications with owner instructions
- Transport pets to vet appointments (if certified)
- Uphold strict safety protocols for all pets
- Build trustful relationships with pet owners
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to handle dogs up to 70 lbs
- Available weekday mornings/evenings or weekends
- Strong communication and punctuality skills
- Basic pet first aid certification (training provided)
- Background check required
