Responsibilities
- Safely walk 2-4 dogs simultaneously on designated routes in Austin's neighborhoods and parks
- Provide real-time photo/video updates to pet parents via our mobile app
- Administer basic care (water, waste cleanup, leash management)
- Monitor dog behavior and report health concerns promptly
- Maintain accurate walk logs and client communication
- Participate in monthly training sessions on pet safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog handling experience
- Austin driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation (vehicle required)
- Current pet first/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability (mornings/afternoons preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent customer service communication abilities
