Responsibilities
- Safely walk multiple dogs simultaneously using proper leash techniques
- Monitor pet behavior and health during walks, reporting any concerns
- Provide fresh water and administer basic care as needed
- Maintain detailed walk logs and client communication
- Adhere to scheduled routes and punctuality standards
- Clean up after pets and maintain hygiene during walks
- Build trust with clients through reliable, compassionate service
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Minimum 6 months professional pet care experience
- Strong understanding of dog behavior and handling
- Physical ability to handle large dogs in various weather
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Current pet first/CPR certification preferred
- Must pass background check and reference verification
- Availability weekday afternoons and weekends
