Responsibilities
- Safely walk dogs in Irvine neighborhoods and parks while maintaining control
- Provide fresh water and administer medications as instructed
- Monitor pet behavior and report any health concerns promptly
- Clean up after pets and maintain clean walking equipment
- Update owners with detailed photo/video reports via our app
- Adhere to strict safety protocols for all weather conditions
- Build positive relationships with both pets and their owners
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog handling experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability weekdays and weekends (flexible shifts)
- Strong understanding of dog behavior and body language
- Ability to walk multiple dogs simultaneously (up to 4)
- First Aid/CPR certification for pets preferred
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
