Responsibilities
- Safely leash and walk dogs in Atlanta neighborhoods and parks
- Provide feeding, hydration, and medication administration as directed
- Monitor pets' behavior and health during walks and care sessions
- Communicate professionally with pet owners via app updates and photos
- Maintain detailed logs of pet activities and observations
- Adhere to strict safety protocols for all animals and environments
- Transport pets to vet appointments or grooming when required
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog walking or pet care experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong knowledge of dog behavior and handling techniques
- Excellent time management and punctuality skills
- Ability to lift 25-30 pounds comfortably
- Current pet first aid/CPR certification preferred
- Positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills
- Availability mornings, evenings, and weekends
