Responsibilities
- Efficiently deliver packages and documents to London addresses within designated timeframes
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and roadworthy before each shift
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and company safety protocols
- Communicate delivery status updates via mobile app
- Assist with loading/unloading operations at distribution centers
Qualifications
- Valid UK driving license with minimum 1-year experience
- Knowledge of London boroughs and navigation skills
- Ability to lift packages up to 25kg
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Smartphone proficiency for tracking apps
- Reliable transportation to depot locations
- Basic English communication skills
- Previous delivery/courier experience preferred
