Responsibilities
- Safely operate warehouse equipment and manage inventory during night shifts
- Maintain accurate documentation of shipments and logistics processes
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly operational targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality control standards
- Assist with loading/unloading and sorting of packages
- Communicate effectively with day shift teams for seamless transitions
- Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability for weekends (Fri-Sat/Sun) and night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- No prior experience required – training provided
