Responsibilities
- Conduct In-Depth Data Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Generate Actionable Reports: Create clear, concise, and visually appealing dashboards and reports for stakeholders using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Support Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with the operations team to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against business goals.
- Maintain Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting systems and databases.
- Identify Process Inefficiencies: Proactively spot errors or anomalies in data and propose logical solutions to resolve them.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R. Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) are required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
