- Report Generation: Create clear, concise, and visually appealing charts and reports using Excel, Tableau, or PowerBI.
- Database Management: Help maintain data integrity by auditing records and updating databases as required.
- Collaboration: Communicate findings to team members and assist in preparing materials for client presentations.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas where data workflows can be optimized for better efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel is a plus) and basic knowledge of SQL or Python is highly desirable.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot errors in data and ensure accuracy in all deliverables.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Time Management: Ability to balance academic responsibilities with a part-time work schedule effectively.
