Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming inventory shipments
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with speed and precision
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse workspace and equipment
- Operate warehouse machinery (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits as assigned
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency for digital timekeeping
- Reliable transportation to our Colorado Springs facility
