Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service at the sales counter or service desk.
- Assist with stocking inventory and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe sales floor.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and operational goals.
- Perform basic cleaning duties to uphold company standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights.
